Before founding expanz, Matt grew PremiereGlobal’s Australian telephone and web conferencing channel business from zero to AUD $25M inside 4 years and captained New Zealand at 2 different world junior championships, squash and triathlon.

Radek is a patriotically challenged… Born in Czechoslovakia, raised in Canada and living in Australia, he is the godfather of expanz and the creator of expanzPLATFORM. As a technologist, he started his career at Netron, having been headhunted from a Waterloo University Mathematics Scholarship. He has been building distributed business applications for blue chip clients since the internet was invented before teaming up with Matt Clarke to found expanz.

Joerg has a German Mechanical Engineering degree and instead of designing 'Mercs' and 'Beamers', he decided to improve Quality Assurance in the Software Industry. With 15 years of experience, Joerg lives and breathes developer tools. He has previously distinguished himself at both Microsoft and IBM (Rational) in developer sales and marketing roles. He gets grief from the team for always dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s but we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Matt is our resident baby faced assassin and Azure know it all. A highly accomplished and experienced Solutions Architect with over 12 years’ experience across mission critical business systems development in telecommunications, financial services and I.T, he is ultimately responsible for the technical delivery of expanz’ products as well as managing the technical relationships with our cloud partners such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services.

Clinton is a dark horse. Good with the ladies and with code, he has been damaging keyboards since he left school and has a ton experience with enterprise and web software architecture, business analysis and management of the software engineering life cycle. Highly skilled with object oriented architectures, frameworks and patterns, software design and effective coding practices, Clinton is responsible for the technical development and delivery of expanz’ Thin RIA client SDKs which encompass desktop, browser and mobile platforms from Microsoft, Google, Adobe and Apple.
