This is because all business logic (and data) is kept server side and exposed to the client as a web service over our secure (using SSL) and highly bandwidth optimized (using GZIP) SOAP based ThinRIA protocol.

All you need to know to design a UI are the field names, with expanz handling all other field properties or events. No longer do you need to wire up the plumbing. Our ThinRIA approach also means that the UI can be designed in any client technology that can send and recieve XML, including Microsoft WPF, Adobe Flex and even Winforms. This gives you the flexibility to use your preferred client technology to design UIs with all of the features and functionality of RIAs (Rich Internet Applications), without their bandwidth hogging characteristics.
